How do I apply for a Professional Account?
Please visit our Professionals page to apply for a VIE PRO account. Once your information is submitted, we will be in touch with application confirmation and your wholesale account details.

How does the Professional Approval Process Work?
We work to verify your application information within 48 hours. If additional information is needed we will contact you at the method you provided- usually via email.
What are the benefits of a PRO account?
VIE Extensions are only available to licensed professionals. To place an order you must have an approved stylists account.
How do I get trained in VIE Extensions?
We have a training program coming soon - stay tuned. In the meantime, our VIE PRO Concierge team will be in touch to ensure you have everything you need for a successful install.

Hand-tied extensions are a method where a stylist attaches beads onto a row of natural hair, similar to the beaded weft method. The detailed process is ideal for those looking to add more volume and length that looks natural without putting too much tension on the scalp or hair.
Are VIE Extensions made from human hair?
VIE Hair Extensions are premium 100% cuticle intact human hair, and Silicone free.
Can I trim or cut VIE hair extensions?
VIE hair extensions can be cut to blend or trimmed throughout their lifetime to keep the ends healthy. Remember this is natural hair, so it needs the same attention and care that you would give your own.
Can I color VIE Extensions?
Each bundle is custom colored with the highest quality hair color, and can be customized further using professional hair color to match your clients needs.
Where does your hair come from?
VIE Hair Extensions sources our hair extensions from our partners in Asia. All our hair is Slavic hair in nature, has been ethically sourced, and women have been fairly compensated. Our hair products are subject to strict quality standards and our mission is to never waiver from delivering you the best quality hair available.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
What does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped UPS from Denver, CO with auto-calculated carrier rates.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not accept international orders.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns when the extensions are in their original and unused form in their original packaging. For the safety of our staff, customers, and their clients, we do NOT accept hair that has been taken out of the package, has been previously installed, cut, colored or otherwise manipulated and will not be accepted as a return.
